NGK Berylco France is in charge for all our European sisters companies of the REACH activity and has now pre-registered all NGK products in accordance to the regulation in force. Being one of the main leaders of the beryllium consortium, our company contributes to the various technical and scientific studies necessary to the REACH registration of our products. The ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) has published on the 13 January 2010 a update of the list (list XIV candidate) of all hazardous substances (SVHC).

All products containing any substances from that list, the manufacturer or importer has the obligation to notify the end user from the substance existence and of its condition of use. The beryllium is not mentioned on that list.
